U.S. President Barack Obama, who is a pioneer in using social networking politically internet, claimed victory in the social network Twitter.

"Four years," Obama said in his official Twitter account, signed with his initials "bo" to mark it as a personal message, which was "tweeted" 88,000 times faster.
